To verify your identity, you will need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID. In some cases, we may also require proof of your current address or additional supporting documentation to complete the verification process.

Accepted Government-Issued Identification

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required for Identity Verification. Accepted forms of identification include:

  • Passport

  • Driver's license

  • Other government-issued photo identification

Depending on your circumstances, we may request an additional form of identification or other supporting documents.

Proof of Address

If proof of address is required, we generally accept the following documents:

  • Utility bill

  • Lease agreement

  • Credit card statement

To be accepted, documents must:

  • Include your full name and current residential address

  • Be dated within the last 90 days

Additional Documentation

If additional documents are needed, we will contact you with specific instructions. Please monitor your email throughout the Identity Verification process to ensure there are no delays in completing your verification.
