Why do I need to complete Identity Verification again?

At this time, Identity Verification is performed separately for each Fiant client or platform. As a result, you may be asked to complete Identity Verification even if you have already been verified through another Fiant-supported client or platform.


Verification requirements can vary between clients and platforms based on their regulatory, compliance, and business obligations. Completing verification for one client does not automatically satisfy the requirements of another.

If Identity Verification is required, you will be notified during the account setup or transaction process.
