Why is my transaction still pending?

A transaction may remain pending for several reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Blockchain network congestion or delayed confirmations;
  • Pending payment processing or settlement;
  • Security, compliance, or fraud prevention reviews;
  • Temporary delays within the blockchain network or validator activity; or
  • Processing delays from third-party service providers or liquidity partners.


Processing times can vary depending on network conditions, asset type, and transaction volume. In some cases, transactions may take longer than expected to confirm and complete.


If your transaction remains pending for an extended period, please submit a ticket and include your transaction ID (hash), wallet address, and relevant payment details so our team can investigate.
