Refund Policy

Fiant does not offer refunds, except in cases where there was an issue with your purchase.


If you'd like to request a refund for an issue unrelated to the purchase transaction, please contact the game developer to whom your payment was made (i.e., the platform you made your purchase on).


In the event that a refund is issued back to you, Fiant remits the funds via the same method that you used to make the purchase. For example, if you used a credit or debit card we will refund to that same card. If you made your purchase with crypto we will issue your refund in USDC. We are unable to refund purchases in other cryptocurrencies.
