What are "Payouts"?

A payout is when we move funds from a game platform to your externally held accounts. You can only move funds once you have sold digital assets, such as NFTs or game developer-specific tokens. Currently, we only support payouts in US Dollars to approved bank accounts.

When you initiate a Payout transaction you may be asked to complete Identity Verification first. This is an important safety measure for our clients and customers, and we have plenty of information about that here.

Can I request a Payout?

At present Payouts are only available to customers in the US and Canada for players of supported games. Is your game supported? Please contact your game's customer support team to see if Payouts are offered.

What if someone asks me to request a Payout for them?

If someone asks you to request a Payout for them, don't. If someone isn't permitted to request a Payout there's a good reason for that. Requesting a Payout for someone who isn't allowed to could result in consequences including, but not limited to, suspension of your ability to request a Payout. If someone asks you to request a Payout because they can't you should refuse, and tell them that they need to contact Fiant.
