What Information is Required for Payouts?

Identity Verification

If you haven't already completed Identity Verification you'll be prompted to do so when you request a Payout.

Banking Information (US)

Here's the banking information we'll need if you're a customer in the US:

  • Bank name
  • Bank city & state
  • ABA Routing number
  • Checking account number

Not sure where to find that information? The bank city & state is the location of the branch where you opened your account, or you can use the city & state where the bank is headquartered if you opened your account online. If you have checks, the routing and account numbers will be printed at the bottom of the check (we don't need the check number):

Don't have checks? Don't worry! Your account number will be on your statements, and a lot of financial institutions include the routing number on their statements, too. You can also usually find the routing number on your financial institution's website.

Banking Information (Canada)

Here's the banking information we'll need if you're a customer in the US:

  • Bank name
  • Bank city & province
  • ABA Routing number
  • Checking account number
  • SWIFT code (sometimes referred to as a BIC code)

Go ahead and use the city & province of the branch where you opened your account as the bank city & province, or the city & province where the bank's headquarters are located if you did that online.

Just like US customers, you should be able to get your account number from your statement if you don't have checks. The routing and SWIFT/BIC code should be available on your financial institution's website.

At present Payouts are only available to customers residing in the US and Canada.
